At no charge, we inspect your property and get ALL the data on ALL the appliances. This allows us at very least, when we do get a service or warranty call, to begin the problem solving before we get there...leading to faster and better service. But the real idea is like putting your car on a scheduled maintenance program.

After our visit to the property, we provide a written proposal for our uptime program based on what we see and hear from you or your caretaker.
